Call for Posters

The Association of Cancer Care Centers is accepting abstracts for poster presentations for the 43rd National Oncology Conference. Submissions are being accepted from April 20 to May 18, 2026.
Priority will be given to posters and sessions that support the 2025-2026 ACCC President’s Theme: Designing Oncology Care to Meet the Needs of a Growing Patient Population.
Other areas of interest include:
In 2,000 words or less, your abstract should describe your work (background and methods); how this work has impacted your staff, program, and patients (results and outcomes); and the top 3 takeaways attendees can take back and share with their team members or implement at their cancer program or practice (conclusions).
You will be notified of acceptance or regret via email by June 30, 2026. If selected for a session, ACCC will pay all travel expenses and 1 night’s hotel stay for speaker(s). If selected for a poster, authors will be expected to travel and attend the conference (meeting registration will be waived) and to be present during the dedicated poster session.
Deadline for abstract submission is May 18, 2026.
