- Employee of an ACCC Cancer Program Member in good standing
- Have not attended the ACCC Annual Meeting & Cancer Center Business Summit or the ACCC National Oncology Conference within the past 3 years
- Did not receive a conference attendance grant the last time they attended the ACCC Annual Meeting & Cancer Center Business Summit or the ACCC National Oncology Conference
- Not eligible for conference registration discounts or travel reimbursement through Board or Committee work, or conference involvement (e.g., planning committee, speaker)
- No one else from an individual’s program is registered at the time grant recipients are chosen
- Submission of application on or before the deadline, including a statement of why they would like to attend
- Conference registration
- Lodging with check-in October 15 and check-out October 17
- $1,000 honorarium to cover travel and other expenses

Pathways to Participation
The 42nd National Oncology Conference on October 15-17 in Denver, CO presents a valuable opportunity for learning and networking to create positive changes in your cancer program. To foster diversity and inclusivity, ACCC offers a travel grant to cover expenses for up to five individuals from ACCC Cancer Program Members.
